Help Returning Citizens Pay Fines & Fees
Florida was one of only four states in the country that could permanently bar anyone with a felony conviction from ever voting again. That changed with the passage of Amendment 4 in 2018.
But now, returning citizens are experiencing new barriers to voting in Florida, with the financial burden of fines and fees preventing them from casting their ballots.
As we have in years past, we are now we are proud to be teaming up with the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition once again, this time to support their fund in order to help returning citizens with their outstanding fines and fees, to move forward with their lives, and most importantly to vote! For every dollar donated up to $25,000, Ben & Jerry’s will match that contribution.
100% of your tax-deductible donation will go to those who have completed incarceration and probation but still have to complete financial portions of their sentence. Please give whatever you can and help us spread the word!

Who We Are
Florida Rights Restoration Coalition (FRRC) is a grassroots membership organization, led by returning citizens (formerly convicted persons) who are dedicated to ending the disenfranchisement and discrimination against people with convictions, and creating a more comprehensive and humane reentry system that will enhance successful reentry, reduce recidivism, and increase public safety.
FRRC built the movement to pass Amendment 4, and is leading the effort to get returning citizens and family members who are impacted by the criminal justice system registered to vote and engaged in our communities.
